ClashVerse Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ClashVerse. By using the app, website, or related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What ClashVerse Is
ClashVerse is an entertainment and community discussion app for fictional fandom debates, including anime, manga, comics, superheroes, and multiverse character matchups. Votes, comments, rankings, badges, tiers, and battle results reflect user activity and opinion. They are not official, objective, professional, factual, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use the app under the laws of your location.
- You are responsible for your account, credentials, device access, and activity under your account.
- You may not impersonate others, misrepresent identity, evade bans, sell accounts, or create accounts for spam, manipulation, or abuse.
- We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time where permitted by law.
3. User Content
You are responsible for content you submit, including comments, replies, battle titles, images, profile content, reports, feedback, usernames, and other activity. Do not submit content unless you have the rights and permission to do so.
By submitting content, you grant ClashVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, adapt, moderate, remove, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, promote, and moderate the service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, or abusive behavior
- Defamatory, knowingly false, misleading, unlawful, or rights-violating content
- Content that invades privacy, doxxes, impersonates, or exposes private information
- Sexual content involving minors, child exploitation, grooming, or unsafe minor-related conduct
- Spam, scams, vote manipulation, automation abuse, scraping abuse, or attempts to game rankings
- Malware, exploit attempts, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with the app
- Copyright, trademark, publicity-right, privacy-right, or other intellectual-property violations
- Using the app to coordinate harm, illegal activity, or platform abuse
5. Fictional Characters, Brands, and Third-Party Rights
ClashVerse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any anime studio, manga publisher, comic publisher, game company, film studio, brand, platform, celebrity, rights holder, or character owner unless expressly stated. All character names, images, series names, trademarks, logos, and related materials belong to their respective owners.
User submissions and community discussions are intended for commentary, criticism, parody, debate, ranking, and fandom discussion. If you believe content violates your rights, contact us at weJUDGEapp@gmail.com with enough information for review.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
We may monitor, review, remove, hide, restrict, preserve, report, or refuse content or accounts at our discretion where permitted by law, including for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, rights protection, app store compliance, fraud prevention, or service integrity. We are not required to keep or restore any specific content, vote, score, ranking, badge, username, account status, or feature access.
7. Votes, Rankings, Badges, and Reputation
Votes, rankings, Hall of Fame placements, battle results, badges, reputation, tier lists, and similar features are entertainment features based on app activity. They may change, reset, be recalculated, be moderated, be removed, or be limited at any time. We do not guarantee accuracy, fairness, permanence, availability, or any specific outcome.
8. Purchases, Ads, and Supporter Features
ClashVerse may include ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, supporter plans, cosmetics, or other paid features. Purchases are also subject to the terms of Apple, Google, RevenueCat, payment processors, and other applicable providers. Paid features may change, be discontinued, or vary by region, platform, account, and availability where permitted by law.
9. App Stores and Third-Party Services
Your use of ClashVerse may also be governed by app store rules, device terms, third-party service terms, and network/provider rules. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, fees, data practices, or content.
10. No Warranties
ClashVerse is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, data availability, content accuracy, moderation outcomes, revenue, reputation, rankings, compatibility, or that the app will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClashVerse and its owner, operators, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, reputation, account value, ranking, badge status, or business opportunity arising from or related to the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims related to ClashVerse will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the app or related services in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ClashVerse and its owner, operators, contractors, and service providers harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to ClashVerse at any time where permitted by law, including if continued access creates risk, violates these Terms, violates app store rules, or is no longer feasible. You may stop using the app at any time.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ClashVerse after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
